This is for one 45 minute - one on one session either in person or via Zoom. This includes follow up email and phone support if a follow up session is booked. In the session we will discuss whatever issue the client is looking for support in. I always encourage multiple sessions so we can properly establish a foundation of the voices we hear and how they can manipulate us. The point of this program is find that awareness we all have which unlocks your true ability to CHOOSE your best life.
