Self compassion is having patience and love for yourself. We tend to forget that we are human and fall into the trap of expecting a certain result or mindset to automatically be there. When it's not we start believing the negative commentary in our minds. See the mind is built to compare and analyze and when things feel different the mind wants to know why and that can lead to believing your not doing enough. Self compassion is knowing today's best just might be your best and that's great. Love your mind body and soul on the days when 50 percent is your 100 percent.
